Brother MFC7820 will not scan with Paperport software

Hi All,
I am trying to get a Brother MFC7820 that is on the network to scan from a laptop. I have 10-15 other laptops on the network that have no problems. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, reconfigured ports, and used the intwain.exe to reintialize the software, and still no luck. Please any advice is greatly appreciated.
