Browsers not connecting

None of my browsers are connecting starting this morning. Everything was fine yesterday.
My online games that use their own servers work fine as always.

The one thing I did do differently was I installed a anti-virus program but it has also disapeared this morning. I’m going to try to reinstall it, then uninstall it and see if the old settings return. What else could it be?
