brsvc01a error message

hi, this message keeps coming up each time i start up my computer. the message says”
“brsvc01a has encountered a problem and needed to close. Please tell microsoft about this problem.” When clicking on the info it looks like the message is coming from my temp files? something ending in accompat.txt and the other one ending in brsvc01a.exe or something. Any advice on how to fix?
