B.S. Degree in Computer Information Technology or a handful of Certs?

In 1999 I was a A+ PC specialist working at a casino in Las Vegas, when I was diagnosed with hepatitis C. Consequently was disabled for five years. After that I went back to school to get caught up with the changes in the industry.

I?m now at a crossroad. I have limited support from my states vocational rehabilitation department. I have several years experience as a technician, but see myself moving into the networking and web page administration/ troubleshooting and repair.
