Building Frontend Server

Hi all ,

I want to know how i can build a frontend server.
As we run 2 sites with 2 exc server 2003.One of the site OWA doesn?t work . Hence we thought by building FRONTEND SERVER this issue will be solved.

Any help on this would be appreciated. Tips and tricks welcome.
