Bundling of ethernet based internet bandwidth

Dear All,

I am looking for a solution like,
I will have two Ethernet based internet connectivity from two different service providers.
Can I bundle them to aggregate the links.
If not can I work on failover thing , means that if one link fails then the other Ethernet link comes up.
The links would be terminated on cisco 2800 series routers.
