Burned out cpu

My dog chewed the wires on my keyboard while I was working on my computer. Now I am having aproblem with my cpu I have a 266mhz computer that is now running at a 133mhz Does this mean i burned out my cpu or my coprocessor. Do i need to replace my motherboard as well as the cpu?
