Business Continuity and Disaster Recover

Gentlemen: I have been asked to develop a Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plan for a small to medium company (4 servers and about 60 PC?s). Can somebody help me letting me know where can I get information (or tutorial) on this matter ?
