Business Startup marketing

now that i hace consider and noted several points from fellow techrepublic members i now have one last question.
I.T services are not typical… who do i need to make contact with for SMB to get computer sales and services along with consultancy rolling effectively.
i would not like to approach fellow buinessmen and i am not in communication with the right plp. any recommendations anyone?
