Buying a Gaming PC

I have found what seems like a cheap Gaming PC on eBay that I would like to buy. I’m not new to technology but I also do not know much about PCs. I was wondering if someone who knew about this sorta stuff would tell me if this PC is good enough, or is the price too good to be true? Thanks guys, lemme know.
