CA r15 fail to run backup on Microsoft Exchange server 2010

Hi, are there anyone having the same issue as i am? My customer have few server and a DC server. Using CA r15 to do the backup. CA success running the backup job for the others servers, but it fail to run backup on the Exchange Mail server. Any help is appreciated.
