cache profiles piles up

This is the scenario:

I have 43 Machines: 3 Servers (PDC, BDC, Member server) and 40 NT workstations.

I set up system policy so that amongst other things, the roaming cache profile sould be deleted automatically at user logoff. But it’s not happening, to such an extent that users won’t be able to logon after say 3,4 or 5 logon on the same PC.

We endup manualy deleting these cache profiles every time to allow users to logon.

Note: * Users aren’t necessarily using the same machine all the time.
* I’m having SP4 on all the machines
* setup replication for NTCONFIG.POL so the BDC has the same Policy.
