Cached accounts in Windows NT 4.0

My question is how do you fix an Nt 4.0 workstation that gets the message ” A domain controller for your domain could not be contacted. You have been logged on using a cached account. The domain controllers are all NT 4.0 with the latest service packs and so are the workstations. Only one machine is having this problem.
