Cached Exchange Mode Outlook error 0x8004010F

We’ve got Exchange Server 2003 running on MS Server 2003. A few users are getting an error (0x8004010F) when Outlook tries to synch with Exchange server for offline address lists, etc. User has Outlook 2007, although another user getting the same error has Outlook 2003. Any ideas?
