CAL for SBS Premium 2008

1. When I buy Windows Small Business Server 2008 Premium edition, most users do not use SQL. Can I just buy additional SBS 2008 STANDARD User CAL for these users?

2. If answer to 1 is YES, then is the 5 user/device CAL included in the SBS 2008 Premium Edition PREMIUM or STANDARD CAL?

3. Any other important information I should know related to the above questions?
