CAL needed? (Team Foundation, Project Server, & Project Web Access)

We use both Project Server with Project Web Access and Team Foundation Server (2007). I recently installed the project server 2007 connector between Project Web Access and TFS. Team members will not need to log on to Project Web Access now to make task updates since this info will be updated when they make updates using TFS. For these team members, do we need to purchase Project Server 2007 CALs since they will not be directly accessing Project Web Access?
