Calculating work days based on target days minus holidays

Dear Friends,.
I am looking for a formula to work on my production plan..Eg.. I have an order for which the SMV is 25mnts… Based on this smv it will take 12Days… How can I arrive a formula to count this 12 days based on SMV and exluding Holiday…If need I can send my work sheet for review and study..
