Calendar emails failed to synchronise with Outlook

I am downloading emails from an Exchange server. Its works well except for invitation emails(Calendar items) does not go to my Inbox. They usually appear in my Inbox for about half a day and then they will disappear into ‘SERVER FAILURES’ folder under ‘SYNC ISSUSES’ folder. Is there anyway I can solve this sync problem??? Thks.
