Hey everybody,I working on big company As It technical support, on my company, we have a some agencies and they get from us “nt user and mailbox account” for the job, They get from us 12mb on is mailbox , they connecting to us on “pop3” protocol, because they limit size of mailbox is 12mb I configure on pop3 so all massage content that getting from ex to pop3 was remove imideatly from ex, So far so good, but, i still getting “your mailbox is full”, i was checking around and i found that, only massages getting remove from server after download to local computer wish pop3, calendar items still staying on server and take a lat of m”b from 12mb, i understand so “auto archive – delete (calendar ) items permanently after x days” is working only if outlook (so connecting with ex protocol) is opening, my quastion is, there is a way from a server to apply rule so all calendar items was removed after is download to local computer with pop3 (like a massage)? or remove calendar items after x days?
