Calendar Sharing — Please help

We have a new server and all new PCs. Server is running Small Business Server 2003. Clients are running Windows XP Pro with MS Office 2003. I am new to this, so forgive my ignorance. I am trying to share the calendars, so the receptionist can see each person’s schedule. What do I need to do on the server to be able to share each individuals calendar? Please help.
