Calendars and Rules in Outlook/Exchange

Is it possible to create a rule in Outlook/Exchange to have an ID automatically:
– accept appointments only to/from certain IDs;
– check for conflicts on the calendar when an appointment request is received;
– reply to all appointment requests, indicating whether it was accepted/rejected?

We need to do this for compatibility with our legacy GroupWise system.
