We have begun installing call pilot desktop messaging 4.0 to work with Microsoft outlook 2003. On some computers the application works fine, on others new voice mails automatically appear as read, and the notification light on the phone comes on and disappears as read.
The common denominator appears to be the computers that don’t function properly have a barracuda spam filter that is pre-reading messages.
Is there a way to get messages from call pilot to skip the barracuda spam filter so that new messages show up as new?
