Cam Data base

We had a windows 2000 network upgraded to 2003, with about 3 severs, on one server we have cam data base that holds all are inventory, we installed a new 2003 server with new cam system on it(fresh install) now only the administrator can log on to cam,users cannot, can someone please help us on how to set the permissions to work for the users. any help will be thankfull, thank you much
