Can a W2K Server see a Netware 6 server

I have a Netware 6 Network TCP only whit W95 and XP Clients. Now I need to set up an aditional MS W2K Server(+sp2).
The problem: when I log on the W2K Server I can see the Netware server. I created a shared folder for the W2K Server on the Netware 6 Server for schedulled copying of specific data.
Only at the predestined time the W2K Server can not find the Netware 6 Server.
What I am I doing wrong
