Can an Event cause a restart?

I have this problem with my file server: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;312362
I did this and it does not help, the second value it says to put 0xFFFFFF (I can’t do that, at least there is no option)
So for the time being this happens once a day and I have to restart the PC. Is there away I can set Windows to , if it see’s this event it will auto. restart for me.
Right now people have to call me just to restart the PC.
