Can Exchange 2000 Tools run on Server 2003?

I have just upgraded a Windows 2000 single server domain to a Windows 2003 domain by adding a new server, DCPROMOing it, and transfering 4 of the FSMO roles.

The existing W2K server is hosting Exchange 2000.

Can I install the Exchange 2000 Admin Tools on the W2K3 server so I can access the Exchange properties for the users? Or do I have to still do my Exchange tasks on the W2k server?

Also, I was afraid to move the Schema Master FSMO role to the W2k3 server because I didn’t know what effect that would have on the Exchange2k/W2k server. Can I move the role safely?
