Can I add a Window 2000 server to a 2000 SBS domain

I have two servers on two domains. One SBS the other windows 2000.

I want to be able to use the features of the SBS for all my users and also use it as my PDC, the 2000 server has an application on it that I only need half of the users to have access to.

Any advice is appreciated
