Can I bypass my exchange servers security protocols stopping auto-forward r

I am trying to auto-forward email in outlook from a work email to a personal email, but my exchange server security policies prevent it. I’ve bypassed many a security profile with macros or editing the registry, but I can’t find any tricks for this one. Anyone out there know any tricks to get past this? Thanks in advance!
