Can I configure RAID without reinstall Window Server 2000?

I bought an old IBM server Quad 1.4 Mhz, xSeries 360. This is my first time to work with server. I would like to know how do I configure RAID on three SCSI HDD 36GB without reinstall window server 2000. Anyone has experience how to setup ServerRAID 4L controller, please help me step-by-step to do it. How do I check in window 2000 server whether or not my server had the software to support RAID driver. I really appreciate it. Thanks in advance.
