Can I direct a roaming profile to use 2 different folders

I have a few users in my network that require roaming profiles, (I know, I hate them too!)and they are working properly, however, our locations are across town from each other and the profile data has to be “moved” over a relatively slow pipe. I’m wondering if there is any way to have a user profile folder replicated on a local NAS at each location and keep the two folders synchronized? Basically, when at location “A” the profile would load from NAS “A” and when at location “B” the NAS “B” would be used.
