can i downgrade windows server 2003 enterprise edition to standard edition

I have an evaluation copy of Server 2003 enterprise edition up and running and configured the way I want it. I have found that I do not need the Enterprise edition and went ahead and purchased the standard version of server 2003. Now I want to know if I can install the standard edition on top of the evaluation with out losing any of the active directory settings that were originally created.
