Can I get a job in IT with this?

I am going to be moving away soon and was wondering if you guys think Ill be able to secure a good job.

I am currently working towards my MCSE, MCTIP and all MS certs leading up to it. I already have A+ and 2 years experience in a company doing basic networking and system set-ups around town. I am also currently working towards a CS degree but I currently just attend a community college.

Do you guys this will allow me to get a job or I am going to need more before I can get a job.

Edit: I forgot to add I have experience with linux as it is my daily os.
