Can I install ULTRADEFRAG (64bit) 5.0.2 on WIN SERVER 2003 64bit?

Hello everybody,
I have the following questions:
1. Can I install Ultradefrag (64bit) 5.0.2 on Windows Server 2003 64 bit?
2. I have downloaded from your site this application but I can’t see an .exe file.
3. The same with Pcscreencature for my XP Workstation 32bit
This two files are unknown files with no .exe.
How I have to proceed that I can install them?
