Can I remotely install the Operating system on remote system????

Can I remotely install the Operating system on remote system???? If yes please need your help. I want to use my pc resources like CD played to install OS on client side??
Can I, if yes How? I have a tight VNC connected to both the system and I can access the client’s system from my desktop.

Your help or opinion is greatly appreciated.
