Can I restrict VPN users using ISA to connect to a specific IP address only

Hi, running Windows 2003 domain, ISA 2004 acting as firewall. We have a handfull of remote users that use vpn, but have 2 users that I would like to only have vpn access to 1 Server once connected. Can I force them, once the vpn established to only see 1 server (possibly by ip or machine name ?
