can I upgrade from 32bit to 64bit using my windows disc?

I already have Win.7HP 32bit on my computer can I change from 32bit to 64bit using the same upgrade disc. my upgrade came with two disc one for 32bit and the other 64bit.can I upgrade from 32 to 64 using the same discs that came with the upgrade package.
