Can logon using VPN but cannot see directory or domain computers

Hi everyone,

I’m new at this and need some help. I have a Linksys router and have generated VPNs. I can logon and authenticate to the router from Windows XP VPN adapter. I can ping the servers. I can map drives and folders using the \\IP\c$\folder or just the \\IP\c$ approach. Each time I restart the remote computer I have to enter an administartor account and a password to reconnect to these shares. The ideal scenarion would be to be able to authenticate to WIndows 2003 server so that active directory and all the LAN shared drives and folders would also work from remote.
