Can not publish by web.

Using NT Server 4.0, sp6a, IIS 4.0 and Frontpage 2000.

I attempt to publish my Web Pages after modification in Frontpage 2000 to my web site, and I continually receive a publish stopped error.

“Server error” INI file, Port 80 not found.

Cananyone explain whats happening here, and how to fix it.?
