Can NT4 NFR be converted to real NT?

I need to upgrade an NT4 server installation
to the real version from the NFR version. He
owns the correct version, but somehow the NFR got installed by the (now defunct) dealer and of course he can’t add any licenses beyond the built-in limit of 10.
