Can Office Enterprise 2007 be installed on Server 2008 Foundation platform?

Our MAPS edition of Office Enterprise 2007 will install on Server 2008, but on the Server 2008 Foundation, when opening the Office modules, it errors indicating that our edition of Office cannot be installed on a terminal server.
