Can Perfmon Win2K8 R2 Remotely Connect to Another Computer?

Sounds simple enough, but for the life of me (yes, right click and connect to another computer) I cannot get Perfmon in Windows Server 2008 R2 to behave.

I opened a case with MSFT and they cannot even get this thing to connect to a remote server.

I was hoping there was someone out there who knew better..

Probably permissions based, but has anyone had any luck with using perfmon on 2008 R2 to remotely connect to another server’s counters?
