Can PING, but not browse

Using WinXP and IE 6, new T1 service, using their DNS servers. The hardware tech that installed the new T1 line and router was able to browse with his laptop. Tried my laptop with the same settings and cable, could not browse, PING worked with IP but not by name.

I did an ipconfig /flushdns and then was able to ping by name and IP. Called their tech support and they verified all IP, Gateway, DNS, etc. Still can’t browse. I’ve also cleared all history and temp Internet files.

Anyone know where to go now?
