Can somebody help me fix my Facebook Community account?

My Questions never get Viewed or Replied to. Some say 1 under Viewed By but that was just me looking at what I wrote.
Maybe I’ve been blacklisted for something I did or said? I’m a Facebookaholic and sometimes I really need help on something.

Hopefully, someone knows someone on the Facebook staff that can give this some personal attention. I’ve tried their REPORT A PROBLEM in the “?” drop-down but that never gets any help even though I’ve asked for it.
