Can Veritas Backup Exec 9.1 run on a Domain Controller?

Can Veritas Backup Exec 9.1 run on a Domain Controller? We have a primary domain controller now that is separate from the Veritas software. It was mentioned to us that it would be beneficial to have a Secondary domain controller. The most likely candidate is our backup server. I wanted to make sure there were no issues with our Backup Exec running on a domain controller before I proceeded. Thanks.
