Can XP Pro bond two NIC’s?

I want to team 2 NIC’s (to get 200Mbps load balancing and redundancy) on a PC running XP Pro for our Quickbooks server. I have this set up of course on our big Proliant servers but they run W2K Server. Does anyone know if XP Pro can bind two network cards together if I put two matching 3Com managed NIC’s into a PC?
