Can you recommend a good interactive demo software?

I need a better way to handle internal SOPs. Right now, I use standard screen recordings, but they are a pain to keep up to date. If the UI changes or a button moves, I have to redo the whole video. The idea is to switch to interactive demos.

I did some research on a tool called Supademo that seems to turn clicks into a step-by-step walkthrough automatically. From what I understand, you can replace just one screenshot instead of a full video clip when a workflow changes. That would save me a lot of time on edits.

Has anyone here used it for internal guides? Or can you recommend a good alternative that works in a similar way? I want to stop using video files because they take too much work to keep current.
