Can you repartition the drive without having to reinstall everything?

We have a server that was partitioned leaving very little drive space for the C: partition. Now the server is constantly running out of space and my question is — Can you repartition the drive without having to reinstall everything all over again and pulling the server offline? Also, can you delete iis6 logs, KB logs to help free up space without crashing the drive? Thank you.
