Can you set Server 2008 TS to allow users to double click to open folders

Does anyone know the GP settings to allow users of 2008 Terminal Server to double click to open items in Windows Explorer. When I check the settings in their server session it is set to double to open but it actually opens with a single click. Any suggestions??
