Cannot Access a VPN behind a router using Cisco VPN Client

Hi,
I am trying to access a VPN using Cisco VPN Client. I get a prompt asking me for my password, I enter it correctly, but still, I get a 413 error, Authentication. I was told that my username and password is correct and to try using a dialup connection to get access.
Can anyone help?
