Cannot access SBS 2003… firewall is off

I have an inherited Windows Small Business 2003
that I cannot access. Yes, the last thing I did
was to attempt to install Mcafee Total
Protection for Small Business. The installation
apparently hung after it put a message that
Install was Complete but it never reached
finish.

After that I was unable to access the server…
all inbound ports were blocked, from the
Internet and intranet alike.

I removed Mcafee… same results, all ports
blocked from outside the box.

I can run things inside the box, like Remote
Desktop Connect, and I can ping the box from
within, but I can’t reach it externally.

Windows Firewall is Disabled.

Same problem.

Aaargh! Any help or suggestions?
